General Terms and Conditions

I - General provisions

The cruise and the optional services are subject to the provisions of the present general terms and conditions. Booking with our services automatically entails accepting the present general terms and conditions.

II - Booking conditions

The option gives right to a booking priority until 48 hours prior to the boarding time planned by the two parties. The option does not hold either party liable.

If another client wishes to reserve the boat for the same date and time, SEINE AVENUE will warn the first client, who will then have 72 hours to confirm his or her booking.

SEINE AVENUE considers the booking confirmed and finalised only once a sales contract has been accepted and signed (dated, signed with the mention “read and approved”), and a deposit has been paid.

III - Terms of payment

- The deposit has been set at 30% of the total amount of the quote.
- The remaining balance is to be paid 45 days at the latest after the service has been completed.

2/ By the client

Under no circumstances will the SEINE AVENUE company be held liable or held accountable to any form of refund compensation in case of a modification in the itinerary, the time or the length of a cruise in case of force majeure or instructions given by the navigation regulation agents.

The boat crew ensures safe boarding and disembarking of their passengers at the stopovers administered by the Port Autonome de Paris (Autonomous Port of Paris). When the client books a service involving boarding from a boat of a floating device, he or she is in charge of getting stopover authorisation for the SEINE AVENUE boat from the competent authorities.

From the moment passengers board the SEINE AVENUE boat, they must comply with the instructions given by the boat crew, in the interest of the navigation and order on board.
