A photo which caught the attention of National Geographic

The Seine Avenue team was selected by the magazine during a photography competition. Let’s look back on the story behind a great shot.

We, just like our passengers, are sometimes struck by the warmth of certain moments. On July 1st 2016, « the Martins » were heading towards the Champs Elysées port, where they were meeting their clients. With the Grand Palais as a backdrop, the crew was about to go under the Sédar Senghor footbridge, where a couple was locked in an embrace. The picture was too perfect for Martin Renard not to grab the company’s smartphone to capture the scene, which Martin Droit named « Lovers on the Bridge ». Such strong teamwork caught the attention of the National Geographic and its competition entitled « I love my City », which targets amateur photographers who have a passion for their surroundings.
